Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and assume responsibility for growing sales profitability in the Orlando, FL territory. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment while working in collaboration with our professional, supportive and passionate team!

Compensation for this position will include salary and a monthly performance-based bonus. This full-time position is eligible for a company vehicle.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Strengthen sales profitability in assigned territory using a proprietary system
• Call on existing accounts and prospect for new accounts
• Develop relationships with key decision makers
• Call on roofing, metal building, drywall and acoustical contractors
• Develop and implement plans for growth within assigned sales territory
• Attain sales and margin goals

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role required, preferably within the construction industry
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of industry clients
• Ability to influence contractors and manufacturers through knowledge of products and applications
• Ability to establish and develop strong customer relationships
• Ability to solve problems with an openness for new ideas
• Ambitious, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

The successful candidate must meet all pre-employment testing requirements including a favorable background screening, drug screening and motor vehicle report.
